The Pai Classic line for manual tumbling and polishing (on wheel applications) of acetate glasses is the result of long studies, technical tests and research in collaboration with the most important and professional companies in the sector . The processes recommended by us guarantee an excellent finish for the fronts and temples made with cellulose acetate, a modified natural polymer that lends itself to the most imaginative solutions.
Depending on the color, shape, thickness and width of the surface of the pieces to be treated we offer a dry tumbling cycle with three or four steps, recommending the most suitable mix between abrasive pastes and vehicles in plastic or wood (beech or birch) to carry out the roughing, sanding, polishing and brightening phases. Between one phase and the next, it is advisable to remove the residues of pasta with our cleaning products for ultrasound machines.
Our solid pastes complete the “beauty treatment” of the glasses, smoothing the rod-front fitting and removing the small residual imperfections.
