The complex work of creating a metal eyewear, which includes about 100 processing steps, cannot be separated from a perfect tumbling cycle, which must remove the marks, scratches and incisions deriving from the previous steps. Light alloys such as monel and nickel silver, or harder metals such as steel and titanium require specific abrasive pastes of the Pai Classic line, which, mixed with the walnut vegetable granulates, allow an excellent surface finish in the shortest possible time.
We have studied different solutions for single-barrel rotary machines or “Japanese” four-case tumblers, with two-pass cycles (roughing and brightening) or single pass (sanding / polishing), while our solid pastes correct residual inaccuracies making the surface brilliant.
For a precise and incisive work, we offer resin diamond wheels and bench wheels of different hardness and abrasive power.
