Tumbling is crucial in order to allow an optimal painting process of frames, rods and terminals in injected plastic, such as nylon (PMMA) or grilamid: the surface must be perfectly smooth in order to guarantee a uniform and long-lasting result.
The Pai Classic line for injected plastic glasses meets these needs. The first step (roughing) allows to remove the burrs resulting from the molding, whether it is made with wet vibrating machines or with dry rotary tumblers, with plastic or wooden vehicles. The sanding flattens the piece, which can be further refined before painting with the polishing and brightening phases.
The passage on cleaning machines with solid abrasive pastes applied to cotton discs finally eliminates imperfections and scratches.
