Step-by-step application procedure – Ultrafine Finishing Polish

1. Surface preparation

The surface must already be corrected and finished, free from obvious defects.

Remove any residue from previous polish with a clean microfibre cloth and

IPA solution

Make sure the panel is cool, dry, and in a controlled environment.

2. Choice of swab

Use an ultra-soft or finishing sponge pad, ideal for achieving maximum shine.

Random orbit polisher with a maximum orbit of 8 mm for delicate and uniform work.

3. Product application

Shake the bottle well.

Apply 2–3 drops of product to the swab.

Spread the polish on the panel with the machine off, dabbing lightly to avoid splashes.

4. Processing

Start on low speed to spread the product.

Increase the speed slightly to activate the polishing action, maintaining minimal pressure.

Work in small areas (approximately 40×40 cm) with crisscross passes.

The goal is to even out the surface, eliminating halos, holograms and residual haze.

5. Checking the result

After 2–4 passes, stop processing.

Remove residue with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

Inspect the panel with an inspection lamp to ensure it is shiny and clean.

6. Final protection

Once you have achieved the desired finish, clean the surface with an IPA solution and apply your chosen sealant, wax or coating.
