POLISHING PADS

Foam pads refine what wool begins. High‑cut compounding pads offer strong correction with noticeably better finishing, while soft polishing foams bring smoothness and clarity back to the surface. Flat pads keep things predictable; wave/waffle soft pads add finesse. When a rotary must be used, foam is the detailer’s safer, smarter choice.

Wool pads are the force‑multiplier when time is tight and defects run deep. Twisted 4‑ply wool delivers aggressive correction, blended wool balances cut with control. These are meant for heavy imperfection removal, not detailing. Yet when a detailer needs decisive correction, wool steps in. Lambswool stands apart: slower cut, smoother control, and a finish that respects the paint.

DA foam pads are the detailer’s first choice — the finishing specialists. Designed for DA, RO, and even rotary use, they deliver correction with control and refinement without risk. Short‑hair wool‑foam hybrids add bite, hard and mid‑hard foams manage structured correction, and soft pads perfect the final gloss. This category defines modern detailing: safe, consistent, and built for flawless finishing.

The PAICAR cutting compounds, characterized by the white cap, used on particularly oxidized paint allow to remove P1500 – P2000 sanding. These cutting compounds have been developed to work with white hard foam pads.
