APPLICATION

Suitable for cycles for a wide range of substrates including MDF, closed pore, solid and veneered woods; ideal for kitchen cabinets, doors, millwork and assembled furniture. The product’s versatility allows it to be used for flat and vertical application – manual or auto spray, forced heat/air tunnel cycles and in tow-line and hang-line application with drying at room temperature. The topcoat is not suitable for the application of substrates where the intended use is for exteriors.

A: 54420093  – 100 parts by weight or volume

B: 99100699  – 50 parts by weight or 50 parts by volume

C: 905100F1  – 30-40 parts by weight or volume

APPLICATION METHOD

Spray: gravity cup gun, airless or air mix. Ambient humidity between 40 and 70%

Application viscosity: 15 (± 2) sec (Ford nr 4 at 20°C/68F)

Suggested quantity: 125 – 150 g/m2 for a single coat, max 350 g/m2

Number of coats: 1 or 2

Dry for sanding: 4 h (20°C)

Dry for stacking: 12 h (20° C)

Depending on the desired coverage, the product can be applied in one or two coats, spaced 60 to 90 minutes apart without intermediate sanding.
