APPLICATION

To be used as a base coat for wood, MDF, chipboard and rigid polyurethane foam, for applications intended for interior use. Ideal for kitchen and bath cabinets, residential and commercial furniture, millwork and joinery and turned pieces.

PREPARATION MIXING RATIOS

A: 53052929  – 100 parts by weight or volume

B: 99100699  – 30 parts by weight or 45-50 parts by volume

C: 905100F1  – 20 parts by weight or  30-40 parts by volume

APPLICATION METHOD

Spray: gravity cup gun, airless or air mix. Ambient humidity between 40 and 70%

Application viscosity: 15 (± 2) sec (Ford nr 4 at 20°C/68F)

Suggested quantity: 125 – 150 g/m2 for a single coat, max 350 g/m2

Number of coats: 1 or 2

Dry for sanding: 4 h (20°C)

Dry for stacking: 12 h (20° C)
