APPLICATION

Two-component acrylic high gloss clearcoat to be used in combination with polyurethane hardener. It is used as clear coat to finish on special effects such as metallics and mother-of-pearl, for fixing self-adhesive stickers and industrial bodywork in general. It can also be used in cycles on wood of various essences such as ash, oak, chestnut, maple, beech, chemically bleached essences, pre-stained veneers, for kitchen and batch cabinets, residential and commercial furniture components, millwork and joinery including frames.

PREPARATION MIXING RATIOS

A: 99070000  – 100 parts by weight or volume

B: 99090699  – 50 parts by weight or volume

C: 9051MSM1  – 30-40 parts by weight or volume

APPLICATION METHOD

Spray: gravity cup gun, airless or air mix. Ambient humidity 40 to 70%

Application viscosity : 25 (± 2) sec (Ford nr 4 at 20°C/68F)

Suggested quantity   : 100 – 125 g/m2 for single coat, max 125 g/m2

Number of coats        : 1 or 2

Dry for sanding        : 6 h (20°C)

Dry for stacking        : 12 h (20° C)
