APPLICATION

Transparent acrylic sealer suitable for coating solid wood, wood veneers and bleaches woods including ash, oak, chestnut and maple. Ideal for kitchen and bath cabinets, residential and commercial furniture and accessories, turned parts and millwork and joinery.

PREPARATION MIXING RATIOS

A: 99050000  – 100 parts by weight or volume

B: 99090699  – 10 parts by weight or volume

C: 905100F1  – 30-40 parts by weight or volume

APPLICATION METHOD

Spray: gravity cup gun, airless or air mix. Ambient humidity between 40 and 70%

Application viscosity : 15 (± 2) sec (Ford nr 4 at 20°C/68F)

Suggested quantity   : 120 – 140 g/m2 for single coat, max 300 g/m2

Number of coats        : 1 or 2

Dry for sanding        : 4 h (20°C)

Dry for stacking        : 12 h (20° C)
