Description

APPLICATION

It is a product suitable for painting veneered or solid wood as ash-tree, maple, oak and beech used for the production of kitchen and bath cabinets, residential and commercial furniture, furnishing components, fixtures, millwork and joinery. It can be used both in hot air tunnel cycles and in trolley drying at room temperature. The product is not suitable for painting outdoor products.

PREPARATION MIXING RATIOS

A: 5823F10x  – 100 parts by weight or volume

B: 99090699  – 10 parts by weight or 15 parts by volume

C: 9051MSM1  – 30-40 parts by weight or volume

APPLICATION METHOD

Spray: gravity cup gun, airless or air mix. Ambient humidity 40 to 70%

Application viscosity : 15 (± 2) sec (Ford nr 4 at 20°C/68F)

Suggested quantity   : 120 – 140 g/m2 for single coat, max 250 g/m2

Number of coats        : 1 or 2

Dry for sanding        : 6 h (20°C)

Dry for stacking        : 12 h (20° C)
