Formulated for the effective removal of light swirls, micrograins and residual holograms from previous compound passes, this fine polish is also ideal for removing sanding marks between P3000 and P4000, preparing the surface for the protection phase.

Easy to work with, thanks to its water-based, dust- and residue-free formula, it ensures a clean and smooth polishing experience, minimizing the need for intermediate cleaning. Removal is quick and effortless, allowing the operator to easily move on to the next step, without leaving streaks or oily residue.

Totally free of silicones and fillers, it ensures a real and transparent result, ideal for accurate inspections and to guarantee optimal adhesion of sealants or coatings.

USE

1. Surface preparation

Make sure the surface is clean and decontaminated (thoroughly washed, clay bar if necessary).

Dry the panel completely before starting polishing.

2. Choice of swab

Use a soft or medium sponge pad, ideal for the finishing stage.

With random orbital polisher for greater control and a deeper finish.

3. Product application

Shake the bottle well before use.

Apply 3–4 drops of product to the swab.

Spread PAICAR 03 on the panel with the machine off, dabbing lightly.

4. Processing

Start rolling out at the lowest speed PAICAR 03

Gradually increase the speed, 4500rpm

Work in areas of approximately 40×60 cm (size of 6 pads), with crisscross passes (horizontal and vertical).

Apply light, constant pressure, keeping the swab flat on the surface. 5. Check the result
