APPLICATION

It is a very versatile product, ideal for kitchens, furniture and furniture components, fixtures, doors, and other millwork applications, etc. The 5354/0000 is not suitable for artifacts that must be placed outdoors.

PREPARATION MIXING RATIOS

A: 53540000  – 100 parts by weight or volume

B: 9912K699  – 100 parts by weight or 100-120 parts by volume

C: 9051MSM1  – 30-40 parts by weight or volume

APPLICATION METHOD

Spray: gravity cup gun, airless or air mix. Ambient humidity 40 to 70%

Application viscosity : 25 (± 2) sec (Ford nr 4 at 20°C/68F)

Suggested quantity   : 125 – 150 g/m2 for single coat, max 350 g/m2

Number of coats        : 1 or 2

Dry for sanding        : 12 h (20°C)

Dry for stacking        : 24 h (20° C)

The glossy finish can be applied in a single coat, or in two coats spaced 2 hours apart and without intermediate sanding. If more time passes (> 3 hours) it is necessary to sand.
